Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for free up to 60-days from the date of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit (exclusions apply). 

Returning merchandise must be sent back unworn, in the condition you received it in, including the original hangtags and/or item packaging.

Please note the following: 

• Custom denim and gift cards are NOT ELIGIBLE to be returned, or refunded. 
• Products must be in the condition you received them with the original tags and/or packaging. 
• Returns must be received by our team within 60 days of delivery. 
• Once your return has been received and inspected by our fulfillment center (usually within 2-3 business days of receipt) your refund will be processed, and/or your store credit will be issued. 
• If applicable, refunds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company and/or bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the refund has been issued for it to post to your account.
• Exchanges are shipped as soon as we have received and verified your return is complete.
